The House Rules
of the Ugron Castle
1. Check-in and check-out:
Check-in at the accommodation is possible from 14:00 on the day of arrival, while check-out is until 10:00 on the day of departure. Please adhere to these times. Early check-in or late check-out requires prior arrangement.
2. Reservation and cancellation:
Reservations become valid upon receipt of the confirmation e-mail and payment of the deposit in advance. The deposit is 50% of the total amount. Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the date of reservation, and the amount of the reservation will be refunded.
3. Payment:
The accommodation fee and tourist tax are to be paid before departure. If guests
leave before the end of the pre-booked period, they are charged for the nights booked. Payment
methods: cash, bank transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard), Sodexo, Edenred vacation
vouchers.
4. Parking:
The parking area is protected by cameras. Please respect the traffic rules and do not exceed the speed limit. Each room is entitled to one free parking space.
5. Smoking:
Smoking and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited inside the building. Please only smoke in the garden in designated areas.
6. Pets:
One of our ground floor rooms is available for guests who wish to bring pets. Please indicate during booking if you plan to bring a pet. In this case, a pet supplement will be included in the total amount of your booking.
7. Cleanliness and order:
In order to maintain the condition, tidiness and cleanliness of the accommodation
and furnishings, please refrain from any activity that you would not do in your own home.
8. Quiet Hours:
According to the regulations set by the local authorities, the silence regulation applies in our municipality from 22:00 to 8:00, except for pre-arranged events.
9. Gate Closure Period:
Please note that the Castle gates are closed between 23:00 and 07:00. Exceptions
are made for evenings with scheduled events.
